Semi Long Term Occupiers
Ever thought about a holiday home but maybe it's too expensive? Well, we have the answer. There are "semi-long-term occupier" sites available at Ardrossan Caravan Park which will enable you to get your weekend getaway for about a 10th of the price of a holiday house.
Here's how it works:
We have caravans already on site which, from time to time, come up for sale. Unfortunately, we do not have the space to create any more sites, so we are unable to offer the option of empty sites for new vans. The semi-long-term occupier sites are on council land; the caravans and annexes on these sites belong to the person leasing the site and are private sales between yourself and the present owners. There some details about any vans for sale in the reception area of the park office including details of how to get in touch with the present owners.
You will need to call in to the park to get all of the information you need and to have a look at the vans for sale.
Please note: you are purchasing the van only, not the council-owned land which the van is sited on.
