Deposits:

We require a deposit of one night's tariff for every booking at the time of making the booking, regardless of how far ahead your booking is. We also charge a cash deposit of $10 on your key which is refunded to you on return of the key at checkout. Should you fail to return the key you will forfeit your key deposit.

Our Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, we will refund your deposit amount less $25 administration fee provided you give us sufficient notice.

We require at least fourteen days notice.

Cancellation of bookings with less than the required notice will incur loss of your deposit amount in full.
